    Nice view but aged interior and upkeep
    High rise. Nice view. Balconies
    Aged interior. Non adjustable heating (was way too warm and had to sleep with a door cracked open in winter (December). Plumbing sucked (bath kept filling up when taking a shower and draining took approx 20m afterwards.

    Pleasant stay thanks to the warmest welcome of the housekeeping Manager and the day time front team,
    We didnt have breakfast. At the check out the young lady on duty in the lounge bar was excellent. Midas touch service . I would also add the young lady on duty in the front desk,she tried her best to move us to city view room, unfortunately that room 1905 needed renovation
    After a long trip we have been accommodated to th renovated room overlooked cimeterre, without bathroom room, only shower , I have requested a room move to another with city view and bathroom, the night receptionist didnt want to meet our expectations, his answer was all the room are only with shower.

    PARTY MUSIC TILL 2AM
    The room is clean and the staff are friendly. They were very apologetic when a party was happeneing on the 25th or 26th floor.. The staff were very apologetic.
    PARTY MUSIC TILL 2AM.On our last night there was a party held on the 25th or 26th floor floor of the hotel. We were 6 or 7 floors below and we can hear the music through the celing. I could understand if it was like 6pm or 7pm, but it's pike.1130PM and they were still.on it! We went around looking for it thinking it was another guest, but the moment we opened the elevator, the music was so loud! Just so happened that the elevator went up to floor where the party was. It was not even normal.music it was proper club bassy music.I went down to complain to the reception because it's unfair for us guests who just wants a good night sleep and we can't. There was another lady complaining about it as it was like 1 or 2 floors just above her, i felt bad for her. The staff was very apologetic and offered another room but the only room available is 2 or 3 floors down from the party, so i refused. I asked the staff how long that party is going to be and aparently it was going to be going on till 2 IN THE MORNING. ALSO, the doors can't stop 2nd hand smoke from coming through our doors. Someone close to our room has been smoking and the smoke was coming through underneath the door..we had to barricade the space under the door with a towel to make sure it doesnt come in.

    Will not book this hotel again.
    Nothing I liked except the location.
    Room with very old furniture, nothing was in mini bar not even the water. The parking was very expensive 24.5 Euro per night, which could have been mentioned on the booking.

    If youre going there, bring your own blanket.
    Its staff was kind and helpful. And breakfast had most of the items which I liked.
    The rooms were cold and temperature adjustment didnt work. The blanket was so thick and it became extra warm and made sweating. I caught cold there and made lots of troubles for me during rest of my travel.
