Nice facility would recommend staying here. Very close to the beach and nice friendly atmosphere.
Excellent facility, very close to the beach. The food at the cabana delicious.
The adults only hot tub(s) was to small in each one. O er crowded and could not enjoy at anytime of the stay.
The regular pool side did not have one for families.

One Time Stay Won't Go Back
Close to the beach. Good restaurant on site. Walking distance to St. Armand's. Felt safe. Easy to get to from the highway.
Some front desk staff were unfriendly. Housekeeping staff were unfriendly. Elevators in the Palm building were shaky and frightening. It seemed like they were one ride away from breaking down. My room on the first floor of the Tiki building was dark and dreary. Opening the curtains meant everyone walking by could look in. When I asked for a comfortable chair for the room, I was given a kitchen chair.

Extremely small bathroom.
Room door lock was broken and we have trouble with it all our stay.

Beautiful location lots of restaurants and shopping, located right at the beach!
Adult pool water was very cold and hot tubs were to crowded! Just turn up the heat in the adult pool so that the adults could use it!
The property is nice looks like they need to do a little work on the elevators and the outside of the building g above the pool area add that third hot tub!
