    - great location, right in jonker street area - really aesthetic - clean and comfortable room - friendly staff - really sweet staff hold noticed it was my mums birthday and gave us a birthday cake. - welcoming tea
    - a bit noisy if facing the back entrance/car park - breakfast (noodle part) can be improved - grab drivers wont come in to pick up so gotta walk out.

    Love the decor and the hospitality. The room was very comfortable and snacks were complimentary. Hotel staff Tika and Zul were super friendly and very accommodative. Really appreciate the additional care given since it was a very special day for us.
    Parking space was a bit dark and didn't see any security manning the parking space when we arrive around 8pm. Hope can improve this so that guests can feel secure moving their luggages into the hotel from the back entrance.

    Our Go To hotel of choice for our future Melaka holidays.
    Everything. From the moment we arrived at the hotel car park to check in, till check out day, impeccable well trained staff and well maintained hardware. Exceptionally clean with their unique scent when we step in the hotel tells us that their attention to detail is top notch. Kudos to Hotel Manager Edmund Pang for leading a wonderful team of staff. From reservations, front desk, service staff to housekeepers, thank you all for making our stay cozy and memorable. Will definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering a trip to Melaka. Convenient location of hotel just right next to Jonker Walk, yet away from the hustle and bustle is an added bonus which we greatly appreciate.

    Such a beautiful stay in Melaka
    The best advantage of this hotel was absolutely the location! Just a street off Jonker street, its super central but lovely and quiet at the same time. The room was spacious and comfortable, decorated beautifully. The staff were all so welcoming and friendly, especially the concierge staff & reception staff, wow! Breakfast was good but can do with some improvement.
    The breakfast could do with some improvement in regard to the refill of food available. Multiple days we went looking for breakfast and there were either small amounts left that did not look as appealing or nothing and you would have to wait for more to come out. Other than this, breakfast service was good, staff were lovely!

    Fantastic stay in Malacca
    Excellent location, very close to all the important sightseeing landmarks. The hotel is very nice and tidy, our room was very comfortable, full of small details that make you feel a welcomed guest.
    We had a bit of trouble while checking in, the clerk didn't speak very good English. We had a room that faced the street, it can be noisy on the weekends.
