Great location but work on the staff.
The accommodations were clean and modern. The location was beautiful and right on the beach. The beach was clean and you could see the sunrise from the room.
The staff was pretty non-responsive to most inquiries.

My husband and I are regulars at this point. We come every year and this year twice! I love the privacy and quiet; it always peaceful.
Customer service improvements: If lively needs more info from a client, please reach out a head of time to ensure a luxury experience instead of waiting until the client is at the gate or at the facility with no communication from the lively team.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! You will be nickeled and dimed for it though. We first stayed here when it was new, and nice. Certain units are already damaged so not the highest quality build. We had to change rooms.
1) Rooms not well cleaned; found roach excrement and dead bugs around bed;
2) Check in is 4p and check out is 10a - WAY TOO EARLY. They offer to charge $100 for an extra hour - half the price of the room. Rip off.
3) A broken pool, and zero other amenities but we are charged a resort fee. For what?
4) We received more than one text to take our trash and yet we pay a cleaning fee?
Beware of additional charges for things you do and don't do for their property.
5) Rock hard bed
6) No blackout curtains
