Passable

OK for a short stay.

The host was very friendly and we talked about many things upon my arrival. The AC was working fine. The location was calm and pleasant. It was at a walkable distance from New BEL Road where you could get everything.

The room allocated to me was small. Though it says 1BHK you don't feel like it. The kitchen almost didn't have anything (except some dirty bowls, and spoons). We were at least expecting a neat kitchen. The linen which was given to us was not clean either. We asked them to change it but they didn't. We were not able to connect to Wifi and the host hasn't provided us with the password for Wifi that was reachable on our devices.

Renovation job is ongoing the property, heavy noise from the jack hammer at day time, restaurant and shops very far, Wash room very congested.

Exceptional

Clean and a lot of effort is taken to ensure sanitation. They mop the floors frequently as travellers would enter through the lobby. We can request for early check-in. The front desk assists in selection of transportation. Mr. Rehman even spoke to the driver to ensure my safe journey. All the staff members are friendly and helpful. The area is right next to the university hospital so we can access many shops and restaurants frequented by uni students and professionals.
