Reception staff were courteous and very helpful. Especially the lady who sits on the right side as I look at the counter.

The front foot pathway from the road is very poor & a dangerous trip hazard. Ive stayed in 5 different rooms during the last 2 months & not one of the shower doors closed properly. Plus in room 1818 the shower door towel rail is on the wrong side of the door & is damaging the wall. Plus you ran out of breakfast cereal muesli with no replacement.

The pool is in the wrong location as it gets no sun, therefore no body uses it

I have been staying here for 10 years sadly the noice from adjacent bars is unexpectedly pound at 3am
