    Nice, small hotel in a unique area. Highly recommended.
    The hotel is in a nice quiet area but an easy short walk to the grand canal and wherever you want to go. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well appointed.

    Comfortable, clean, friendly staff, nice neighbourhood, easy access - made our trip a real treat!
    A little gem in the hear of the Ghetto. Small hotel with comfortable rooms, super clean. Very friendly, helpful and responsive staff. Easy access with the Alilaguna/vaporetto, stop Guglie. Great value for money. Many nice options for restaurants and bars in the neighbourhood.
    I would have liked more savoury options at breakfast, but I am not a big breakfast eater, so it didn't bother me that much.

    Emiliano made every effort to help and was a friendly, courteous host.
    Emiliano was very helpful and friendly. A wonderful host; was able to give us advice and directions to specific places we had identified The breakfast was good and plentiful.
    Beds could have been more comfortable. but it was a very nice place and well located and it had a nice little balcony overlooking the square.

    Great quiet, confidante location
    Super friendly and helpful owners, great quiet location away from the busy tourist areas but still within easy walking distance. Its a great area for fabulous coffee shops, restaurants, and a feeling that you are living among locals. The buffet breakfast was really good and the bed was very comfortable..... two of the key things for me on a holiday

    Great value in a quiet corner of Venice
    Clean, comfortable room. Great location, convenient by foot or vaporetto to all attractions but quiet and not packed with tourists. Breakfast was great and the owner was very helpful and friendly.
