    The staff, including Ben, Kristen, and Amanda, were all excellent and made the guests' stay enjoyable. The location was convenient for skiing and the ski valet service was helpful. While the lodge ro (Read More)om was compact, it worked for a couple. However, there were some issues with broken drawers and noise from an adjoining room. The 3-bedroom unit was spacious but had dated decor. The afternoon cookies and cocoa were a nice touch, but some guests found the coffee weak. Overall, a great ski accommodation option.

    This place was amazing and in a fantastic location to everything.
    Very customer focused staff. Stephen their concierge was amazing at providing options for dining and scheduling activities.
    There was some construction noise going on during the day but they have to do it sometime.

    Could not peak a better hotel.
    Loved this hotel, their staff, the room, cleanliness. It had better price and other hotels around but dont doubt this hotel is good. Breakfast is a plus. Hot coffee and hot tea all day long. We really enjoyed it.

    We will gladly stay again
    The rooms that were combined to accomodate 6 of us exceeded our expectations! The locations for Oktoberfest, the ride to and from Lionshead and the gondola were very easy to access.

    Location is very good!
    Too expensive for the way rooms look. And therr are weird noises going on all night so its hard to sleep.. I dont know if its old pipes or what! But not nice rooms for a lot of money.
