I like the location
Everything about the hotel ,worst experience ever this is not even a hotel . First the room was dirty the toilet set has a spot and didn't clean it even we asked 3 times they didn't even change the bedsheets ,the USB is not working and when we asked for cable the manger said it is an old building,the facutes are old and disgusting idk if this is a cheap hotel or what we paid a lot to stay here .

Loews Hotel provided the perfect Mother/Daughter staycation in New Orleans
The front desk staff were all very efficient, welcoming and helpful. My daughter and I both really enjoyed the buffet breakfast at the restaurant that was on the first floor. The location was extremely easy to access by Uber/Lyft and also in very close proximity to shopping (the shops at the Riverwalk). The room was quite large and had a wonderful view. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very quiet even though many rooms seemed to be booked. Housekeeping was also very good and helpful. I very much appreciated that Loews had glass drinking glasses provided for water and the wine that I had brought. The complimentary bottled water for guests is also a very nice touch.

I would have liked for the downstairs restaurant to be open for dinner in the evening on weekdays. I would have been very happy to not have to leave the property for dinner at night.

The place is close to the convention center.
The hotel charges me another "destination fee" $20/day without any notification in advance. During the conference, they raise the price from $80 to $200 per day and cancelled breakfast.

Room is very old fashion and not convenient for work. Desk table which looks like an office station but no electricity outlets near by, internet signal is very weak, and the chair inconvenient and at a very bad shape. All in all the room is large but empty and the bad was not convenient as well. The lobby is unpleasant as well and there is no comfortable common space in the hotel.
