    It was a relaxing time and we would return after some refurbishment.
    It is in a very good location, and the room was big.
    Its starting to look very old, and the lift contract had expired and the lifts were slow.

    The staff were very unprofessional and they barely spoke English. They always took to long to serve even a cup of coffee
    The location was good. The pool was nice.
    They over charged for everything. The breakfast selection was very poor and they charged New York City prices for the food. But the worst was I was bitten by bed bugs.

    My Holiday Disaster. Beaware of this booking site .
    Nothing !! Its a false publicity by booking agency . Nothing is as mentioned .
    Fake publicity by Booking . Com. The hotel is very old , rooms stinks , Lenin stinks, booking . Com says 360 baht per person per night for breakfast but Hotel charged 500. ocean view has partial view ,( given two choices and paid for ocean view but they gave us partial view ). Pool closed for new year party ( not mentioned while booking ) there is no beach just ocean , the small strip of so called beach was also closed . Have lots of disaster photos to share .. Booking . Come says 24x7 support still waiting . When u try to contact for support , u will get messages our team will contact you in 24 Hours haha still waiting .

    most of the things was fine. if we plan to come back to Pattaya we might stay here. The restaurant (surf and turf) was 10/10 .the decoration of the hotel was cool. My son swimmed in the pool which was good. The room was 10/10 huge size very comfortable. there was markets arounds. we as a family advice especially to the families
    this is not something i didnt like but the location is far from pattaya centre . it was hard to find Grab taxi. it was hard to find a sunbed around the sea but i took a chair to watch my son while he was swimming.

    Beautiful beach access resort with insufficient beach benches but clean room and facilities.
    Property is close to the beach. Rooms are spacious. Most of the room have partial beach facing.
    It is very crowded during the breakfast. No tables available 9-10am. As another reviewer mentioned , its a Russian Village. Staff have straight face all time, they dont wish you are smile even when you talk to them. They are not happy when you approach them, especially Asian. 3 bed occupancy has all things provided for 2 members. Requested this during check-in 3pm, until midnight 1AM it was not provided. Late night staff in charge was annoyed or angry all time, when checked on this, he replied in loud tone and almost shouted , which is not acceptable. Most of Asian currency is accepted for exchange.

    Ok but overcrowded in high season even weekdays.
    Breakfast had a large choice. Egg station, fruits and yogurt, hot food, bread/toast. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and you go can go for drinks at nearby hotels which seemed to have nicer and less crowded beach bars.
    Impossible to get a seat near the pool or beach. So many people. Hard to get a cleaned table for breakfast- bitter coffee- queues for the 1 toaster. They need to provide more. Dated rooms. Huge queues near the desk at times. Bus loads of tourists. Not a relaxed vibe. Last time I stayed at their pavilion site nearby which is much calmer, newer and has its own breakfast set up.

    - horrible internet. Chrome even refuses to connect and warns you not to connect. Slow and low signal. - Very old hotel, urgently needs rennovation - Dirt in every corner, badly cleaned room, spots and dirt everywhere - while reception is friendly, other staff is rude and uninterested. Worst and rudest staff at the pool
    Notting much. Take literally any other property around this location - sauna was nicely hot but Spa is dirty
