    The room was nice and big. The proximity of places of interest. The restaurant is beautiful and the breakfast (buffet) was good.
    The recepcionist gave us less money when we exchanged it, but most probably it was a mistake on her part.

    The employees are friendly, polite, aways trying make your stay more comfortable and pleasant. During my stay, I didn't have any problems. Every time I needed, I saw everyone doing the best that they could to help me. It was amazing. When I came back to Nairobi, I know exacly where I'm going to stay. Thank you so much, all employees, for your commitment and hard work. You're the BEST!!

    The staff were oddly indifferent towards offering services. They preferred to serve foreigners and not natives. The quality of food on offer was appalling.

    Pretty comfortable stay for the price paid.
    The rooms are pretty comfortable and spacious. The breakfast options were good and varied everyday. The restaurant on the rooftop is Chinese and serves authentic dishes. I tried a few dishes in the Hotel restaurant and were decent. Could have done better but again that's my individual preferences. The service in the restaurant is fast. Entire staff team is attentive and polite. Check-in & Check-out process was smooth. The Hotel is at a very good location but the selection of room side matters. One side of the Hotel has an excellent view of a beautiful community with playgrounds and buildings at distance but the other side is facing to the adjacent building without any view which I had. However it didn't matter much to me as I barely stayed in the room. Overall a good experience. Keep it up.

    Personally for me, the food at the restaurant was average according to my taste and preference. No judgements here. To my surprise the room did not have an Air-Con, but a ceiling Fan. Although the weather during my stay was cold and didn't need the air-con but not sure how would it be comfortable during the peak summer days.

    clean stay and really friendly staff (including the security at the gate) but over priced
    clean room, really helpful and friendly staff. location was good too.
    quite an expensive hotel compared to others in the area, and the noise at night was really disturbing no matter which room I stayed in ( I stayed in the hotel on 3 different occasions within a month).

    Good and clean hotel in a very good location. Easy access, very central. Friendly staff.
    Events on the top floor can be quite noisy as the music goes down the big open hall and the room doors are very thin... If you want a quiet space, check their event schedule first... Breakfast was very simple, don't expect anything good.
