Beautiful views of the city. The rooms are beautifully designed. Staff is so friendly and welcoming. They were able to accommodate early check in as I was traveling alone. Under 10 min commute to most city attractions. Charlotte Restaurant and Lounge is absolutely beautiful. The hotel is not to busy, it's nice quiet and relaxing.

There were cup water stains on the marble/granite tables tthat I needed to wipe up. Easy fix though.

Great location and value for money

We loved the view from the hotel and the cleanliness of the room, not to mention the location.

We didn't like the attitude of one of the bar staff who was just plainly rude and the checkout staff on our final day who were just not very engaging. The decor in the corridors could be brighter as it feels very confined with the orange/ brown colour scheme. The welcome could have been better but not having the reception on the ground floor makes this a difficult one to address

Beautiful room and view with a great central location.

Very friendly staff who accommodated a change in plans (I was going to solo travel but my sister and niece/nephew joined for one night). Location was amazing and valet staff warmly greeted me every time I entered.

Room windows/mirror and bed side tables were not as clean as I would have liked when I checked into the rooms. I also wish the hotel provided a few water bottles for the room.

View to the harbor was amazing. Cleanmodern rooms. Full windows to enjoy the view. Great designed bathroom - amazing. Very good restaurant for breakfast!
