    Beach is just 100 meters from the room
    Room was close to Swimming pool, it was noisy and could not open the window. We had to use light continously.

    the hotel is right next to the beach. good property with lots of open area. they also offer free 10 shots of archery and gun per room.
    the rooms look clean but for the cost of the room, they are subpar with the quality and fittings for a 3-4 star hotel. the bathroom fittings were very old and leaking as well. the cleanliness can be improved a lot. the restaurant food taste is good. but the restaurant is way too costly. they charged me 100 Rs for a cup of tea!! and 75 Rs for a small bottle of cold drink. that is too high in my opinion whatever the location is.

    The hotel is at a decent location and easily reachable. The beach is next to it .. The pool was good and my daughter enjoyed it. We took the Half Board Package and later we felt that its much better to have lunch / dinner outside. If you are a non-veg eater then better skip its restaurant and go explore the eateries near by You can go to Patil Khanaval (around 4-5 km, small local home style food, no ambiance) or Sai Krupa on the main road(near 1 km) .. You can also go to Harnai fish market for morning (8:30 am) or evening (4:30 am) auction just for timepass (beware of traffic as road is very narrow)

    The food was very average. While some items were tasty, overall it was just average and buffet was not elaborate enough. There was a feeling that they try to cut corners for cost minimization. The fish fry one night was all bad and of low quality. The sweets were just single item and just a mass product like kheer or fruit custard. Coming to the room, there was no closet, the space was fine but there was a feeling that they don't want to put a lot of effort into making the guests comfortable. We stayed there after Diwali , so we paid very good premium price, hence we didn't feel its value for money. But if you are going at other times and if the pricing is less then may be its value of money. Wont be staying again here by paying so much.

    1. Restaurant area looks old and little unclean. Needs an update. 2. Some areas in bathroom were not very clean. 3. Adventure activities work going on. So most of them were not available. 4. Total amount paid was not worth the overall experience.

    Overall the stay was enjoyable and peaceful. The location is good.
    The location is great. The staff is very polite and well behaved.
    Food : The Food Quality is not up to the mark. Considering the rest of the resort Amenities and location, I found the food quality below par with very limited options available. Room : Although the room was pretty good but the light system need an improvement. Must provide better light system in the Rooms.
