Comfy, clean and very helpful staff

Very very clean, comfy bed, very accommodating and polite staff. Hot water in shower, bath, all the tv channels, king size bed, mood lighting for cozy experience. Staff went out of their way to fulfill our requests. Will 100% be back

Note that There is no full length mirror in room if someone requires it. Shame we did not get a chance to eat here, however, other guests said the food was delicious and fresh.

Great location, nice decor and clean!

Good location, nice decor, clean and reasonably priced. Had plenty of free parking.

Bathroom basic but functional, radiator wasnt on but Im sure if we asked they would have put it on for us .

Very friendly, accommodating staff. Really clean everywhere and loved the added bonus of the spa and massage, which was a reasonable price. Great room, spacious for the three of us, shower was good, and tea/coffee facilities available. Bar was small and friendly, just what you want from a family run guesthouse. Food was extremely tasty and something for everyone. We were made welcome from the moment we arrived until we left. We will definitely book again on our next visit to Loughborough.

The shelf above the sink in the bathroom could be in a different place as a bit annoying when you clean your teeth and knock your head on it. A bedside lamp would have been useful, too.
