    Overall it was a good stay for the pay.!!
    The front house was nice. The back house in which we stayed was nice and cool. A few ants inside and the signal wasnt that good for the TV but nothing major. Nice.
    It was 1 hour from the beach NO TOLLWAY. The neighbors had a party all weekend

    Quiet, Clean and Relaxing
    Communication between the property and I was excellent. They were able to extend the stay by an extra night on the fly. I had a great day's sleep on my last day I did not intend to have but I must have needed it. It was very quiet and away from the noise. I loved this place. If I pass though again, I will book here if it is available.
    There was nothing that I did not like. It was perfect wish I could have stayed.

    The place was nice, the neighborhood was calm, and the location of the place was private. Once the ant problem is taken
    The bed was comfortable, AC and other equipments were working perfectly. Parking space was available, and the place is located in a nice calm, and clean neighborhood.
    The interior and exterior of the place was infested with two different types of ants. Upon arrival, within an hour of leaving food on the kitchen counter, we found ants inside. We left a box of cereal on the dining table, the next morning there was a line of ants on the table, climbing inside the box. The place was nice and comfy, just that there was no where to place food other than the fridge, otherwise the ants would be all over it. We had to put our bags on the sofa because they were crawling all over the floor. The TV was a smart TV, so it said, but it only works with android phone users.

    It was okay but it could have been better.
    It was a nice room and it was clean.
    The sofa bed was kind of hard to sleep on but it wasnt bad. The toilet paper was cheap and the toilet was really small.

    Room is neat, toilet and basic lines with towels looked really clean. if you are not bothered tobacco smoke and marijuan
    its really clean apartment, clean bed and bathroom, enough towels, blankets. In the beginning when we arrived I was happy BUT
    we were there couple days . Im not picky person but owners had party until 3:00 am with screaming, music , songs Im former smoker but it was difficult even for me to withstand such an amount of smoke and add marijuana to this. smoke oozed through the hood from owners housing but it seemed that the party was in our room. The next day, history repeated itself, only it was little more modest until midnight. Maybe we were lucky because it was weekends and during week day is different situation but that was our experience.

    We arrived at a quiet and pleasant street. The room was well tidy, great bathroom. The room is part of the house, divided only by thin walls.
    The first night was quiet, but on the second night something scary happened. The owners of the house should be drugged because they screamed and cursed each other non-stop, it was already 2 am and they spent more than an hour screaming non-stop. Due to the thin walls, they looked like they were next to us in the same environment. We got scared and if it wasn't for the last night, we would go to a hotel, it was horrible what happened, I don't recommend it to anyone who has an experience like this.
