    wifi worked room and facilities in a good state
    The place was a 2 bedroom apartment. I was supposed to share the apartment with 2 other people. I knew I would share, the others did not know because it was poorly communicated to them. So I came in and they totally did not expect me. It took a while to resolve this. This was stressful for all of us and I went to sleep much later than I wanted.

    The room looks nothing like the picture however it was lovely you can tell they've put time into decorating the apartment. It would be great for a group of people who would like to stay in Liverpool for a few days.
    We never met the host we walked into an empty apartment and weren't sure if there was anyone there with us or not which was very unnerving as we kept hearing random noise. Being from a small town the apartment building itself was a bit run down but that might be a city thing and it doesn't translate inside the apartment. It says "free parking" which was great so when I booked I asked for additional information on the parking which I never got, we arrived and the parking was open which is amazing but it turns out the gate closes and you can't leave without a key phob which is a bit of a problem.

    Facilities are first class everything you need has been provided by the host. Extremely well laid out flat.
    This is the second time that I have stayed here, it is far more pleasant walking up the stairs in the summer months than in the winter as there are no dragon flies.

    Don't even think about it.
    Nothing. Location could be very good, but it's a druggie area and it didn't feel safe at all. It's a run down block of council flats.
    We took one look at the smashed in doorways and dirty hallways and smelled the drugs and walked away, after taking some photos. Inside, the bath and toilet were filthy. There was a 6 inch ring of scum around the bath, although it didn't photograph well. It's a council flat in a druggie area - not what we expected. Have been trying to contact the "host" for a refund without success. There was a young lad already in the property but he ignored us. We left and got a room in the Adelphi instead.

    Nice short Stay in Liverpool.
    Great position if you want to visit the Museums and the city, It's about 15 min walking. The room is clean and the kitchen is good for the use in a day trip.
