We really enjoyed getting away for a few days and it was the first time we stayed at the Luxor.
Liked the size of the room. Enjoyed the breakfast in the lower level. Amazed at the creative architecture.
The bathroom was not clean and in a rather rough state, Scuffed areas etc. It was adequate.

A lot of problems and extremely slow to solve them.
Good location
We didnt have hot water in the room for 3 days, another day we didnt receive housekeeping and every time that we called the reception for help they promise they will solve the problems but they never did, so every time we had to go to the front desk to complain, it was really exhausting.

Great location.Good spacious room with not much amenities.
Location was good and I had a beautiful view from my hotel room.
The floor was not clean.It had hair.The bed linen had stain on it. Despite the room upgrade, the room was very basic.No kettle was provided,the only amenities were soap and shampoo.No glasses even!Room safe was locked and had told the staff and they promised to send someone over right away.Nobody came until the end of my trip!

Overall it was good value but needs some attention to getting elevators fixed and fresh air in the rooms.
Design
No windows so no fresh air, made me quite ill breathing in the air con consistently just to get a breeze.
Also no stairs to use and the elevators broke so there were ques all the time for elevators

45 mi ute line for checkin. Some music from the main floor all the time. it wasn't loud, however, you could hear something. $18 parking.
