The only downside is the nearby homeless population. The property manager, Armand, is highly praised for being helpful, genuine, and honest. The complex has a 1940's theme, good sound isolation, great views, and amenities like a rooftop, BBQ space, jacuzzi, and gym. The management is attentive, and the neighborhood is close to Balboa Park. The staff goes above and beyond to accommodate residents and ensure their safety. The property manager, Elaine, is described as the best ever, and the cleaning and maintenance staff are also praised. Overall, Broadstone Balboa Park is a fantastic place to live.
