    a great location centrally located, fair prices, clean. I loved the services of of their front desk staff Aisha she was very friendly and helpful
    Had difficulties to communicate with some staff who do not understand English. The staff were not proactive in providing essential information and services they waiting for me to ask

    Good location and cheap. The breakfast was sufficient.
    The hotel charged some additional fee that I didn't know about when I booked the room. There were problems with the water. The gym equipment was broken.

    Satisfactory for in city stay.
    Though breakfast was provided we did not partake of it. The location was excellent as it was near to the function rooms of the events we had come to attend.
    Several of the items within the bathroom we in desperate need of rejuvenation and repair inline with the rest of the hotel which appears to have undergone some work since we last stayed there.

    The reasurant attached was great. Staff helped when the could.
    We had water leak and the bathroom and could not stop it. So, all night long water dripped from the shower. Hard to sleep.

    I hated the bathroom.There seemed to be a drainage problem.There was standing water throughout my stay in the bathroom.Tge water couldn't be drained.

    Short and sweet trip
    Breakfast was good -fruit then eggs, bread plus juice and tea/ coffee with milk - served quickly. Warm welcome and a short walk to places to eat. Quiet at night so slept well (mainly). Lovely hot shower.
    TV an wif-fi not working when arrived but staff worked quickly to get both fixed. Air-con positioned by the one bed so that got a bit cold whereas the other one got a bit hot - but not a major problem as one put on the duvet and the other threw it off!! Bathroom door didn't fasten properly but again no problem with good friends.
