All pools were closed; there was two open in Venetian but its half a mile walk. If you are paying hundreds of dollars for a room, you expect at least housekeeping not hanging up the phone when you ask extra pair of slippers. It seems like they check you in and forget about you at this hotel. Access to rooms is via the smoky casino and overcrowded. It is not a place for families.

We have multiple bookings and asked at check in to make sure we did not have to keep checking in and out and kept the same room throughout. They said it was all done and we didnt need to check out or in again but we had to do it 3 times for 2 rooms over the course of 7 days. Front desk people werent even apologetic or admit fault. We visit Vegas nearly every month and will never stay here again.
