nice spot but not worth the money for NYE

We could see the harbour.

When we booked, we booked a Superior waterfront room which all photos showed the rooms with a double balcony, when we got our room the balcony was only just over 1mt very disappointing. You could not see any fireworks from the balcony NYE as we were told we would be able to by checking staff. Would not go again for NYE.

Wonderful. We were totally spoilt from the time we arrived.

We had a magnificent room on level 3. The location was perfect and all aspects of our stay were the fantastic. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked again. A special thank you to the reception, waiting and kitchen staff. Fabulous!!!!!

Excellent Hotel

Excellent rooms and facilities. The bars are exceptional. Great breakfast which is reasonably priced.

Booked in for the Arras tasting but had to be cancelled twice because bar had run out of Arras
