    Leaky washroom and dirty/unhygienic rooms
    The bathroom had leaky toilet. Overpriced and minimal facility like soup and dental kits were missing. Cleanliness is challenged in the entire property. The location at which the hotel/hostel was present had mud road which made it difficult to reach. And most importantly the guy cooking the breakfast was rude and impolite. They staff really needs to be trained that how to serve your guest

    Liked everything about the property. It's a beautiful property painted with amazing artwork. Super location right at the centre of everything. Great places to eat nearby. Super comfy beds.
    Kitchen and food options could be improved. Wi-Fi connectivity could be improved and connectivity can be extended to the terrace because people like to work there.

    I love this hostel. First the building is absolutly stunning. The Staff is very friendly, helpful, always smiling. They clean the place everyday. There is a nice common area. And a rooftop. They even offer a small free breakfast and it is different everyday. The location is great as it is a bit outside of the city, in a nice and peacefull area. By the way sorry I did get the chance to say goodbye I was late to catch my bus

    You have only one life
    Ayaan Bhai, Goverdhan Bhai and Shekhar Bhai Divya and others the way these guys are handling the property and maintaining the vibe of the whole hostel was amazing and I want you guys to keep going. Property is so beautiful full of beautiful wall painting, what I like most people I meet there even if you come solo you don't feel like you are solo. You just need to say hello and there you go you earned a friend. We really enjoyed a lot and love to visit again .

    I stayed in a 10-bed dorm The mattress was comfortable There was a water filter in the reception area so you can refill your water bottle Wall decorations are nice
    - the main issue was cleanliness - everywhere was very dirty, even immediately after the cleaners came, the floor was still filthy and worst of all, the bathroom was disgusting - toilets were gross, shower drain was blocked with hair and soap wrappers and this was never cleaned - there was one toilet for the whole room, and the toilet flush didn't work for the first 24 hours of our stay. We reported it to the staff immediately but it took 24 hours to fix, even though we were told it was a matter of turning on a switch that was turned off by mistake - two communal toilets were unusable - there were bags of trash stored inside them, and a pigeon had made a nest in one of them - the communal area was much more restricted than the pictures show, as the terrace on the top floor is actually a restaurant, and the cushioned steps are where the staff sleep 24/7. The communal area on the terrace is generally dirty with limited sitting space - the door to the dorm doesn't lock (it doesn't even fully shut) and many of the lockers were broken (e.g. with the door missing). You need your own padlock to lock them anyway - patchy wifi - poor check in experience. We arrived at 9.30 and went to the hostel to drop off our bags. There was no staff on reception. Some other guests had arrived at 7am and had been waiting for hours. After about 40 mins someone came. They agreed to look after our bags and told us to come back at 12 as our beds would be ready then. When we came back, we had to wait until 1.40pm for the beds to be ready - location was OK but not great - you have to walk down a dark unlit street at first, and it's about 20 mins to the Pushkar lake and a further half an hour or more to the camel fair Overall, it didn't feel like a friendly hostel, and most importantly the lack of cleanliness was terrible and made our stay unpleasant. It's a shame because the place has great potential (as you can see from pictures) but isn't maintained properly

    Worst experience, if they give you for free or at minimal 300/400 stay then only take otherwise Dont
    Nothing actually I believe people who are putting good reviews have either stayed at worst places than this one or they were provided free stay and even if this is not the case then definitely they stayed in private room.
    Property needs maintenance, dorms were dirty and washroom smelled so bad, outside road was in poor condition and worst thing zostel property is infront and they drain out dirty water on that road itself. I also saw private room which was in great condition and even washroom was clean but for dorm I dont know how it works, washroom fittings were not properly functioning and if asked staff its not were they said this is like this only

    The bed was comfortable.
    The bathroom was very dirty and was never cleaned during our stay. The sink, floor, mirror and shower panel were grimy. I saw one of the staff preparing two beds for the next guests. He took a duvet and pillow from a used bed , folded the duvet and picked something off the pillow case and placed them on the bed as if fresh rather than replacing themfor the next guest. Not acceptable.
