    The place is very calm and cool. There are shops land other facilities nearby. People serving there were very helpful, friendly and supportive. Food quality was good.

    Always favorite hotel of Panhala since last many years. This time visited after Two years of course due to Covid outbreak. Excellent location, very good staff and fantastic service. Above all, food is absolutely delicious. Pure ,.............

    The room was spacious.
    The walls are super thin. There were noisy young couples singing and shouting until 3am. The manager did nothing about this, he is simply transactional, takes your money and doesnt help with luggage, parking or the noisy neighbours. Ive seen the managers responses to other complaints and whilst he says he will improve, has done nothing about addressing any of the issues. If you want a tquiet pleasurable stay, dont try here.

    This is an excellent resort, staff is very good, rooms are very neat and clean, large area with the fresh atmosphere in our budget. I would like to revisit to this location. Also food is very tasty
