    Was disturbed one morning at 4am and then again at 7am by loud speakers from school opposite. Staff were excellent and facilitated a change of room.

    Mai House is wonderful - we'd been torn between a few different HCMC hotels and are very pleased we picked this one. The location is perfect for a few days sightseeing in HCMC - right in the centre of town but no road noise at all. The hotel is beautifully set up and spotlessly clean, and the staff were beyond helpful.

    windows in room do not open so ventilation is important. AC could have been quieter in the bedroom of the suite.

    Everything was a true 5 star here! So pleased with our choice of hotel for our three day stay at Ho Chi Minh
    Very kind and caring staffs, however non of them could speak good English, even at the reservation desk! This was a bit shocking for such a luxury hotel!

    Most amazing hotel ever! I have never had a breakfast like it was phenomenal. Staff were so lovely rooftop pool amazing and the room was so clean and beds comfy! Hope to stay here again one day
