Clean, spacious room with a nice view of the harbor from our window. The hotel is located at the heart of Rotterdam. The Swan Bridge and the Maritime District are within walking distance from the hotel.
The breakfast was too expensive. The hotel had a limited car parking facility, so we had to park in a nearby private parking lot.

We stayed in 3x beds room. The room and bathroom size is very big. Perfect view (room on the 10th floor).
Free-access pool and saunas are perfect.
Very nice breakfast food variety and quality.
Short summary: me and family enjoyed the stay a lot.
Wallpaper colours change could do the room more cosy.

I had a good time with my husband but I was very disappointed about the service.
The spa in the room.
Very long line at the check-in. The jazzuzi was very hard to turn on and the cleaning system didnt work. There was no bathrobe and no sleeper available although we booked a room with a spa. The fridge didnt work. When I asked for a compensation (1 glass of champagne) because of all these inconveniences I had to beg them and justify myself several times and they refused. They offered a soft drink or a beer but asked me to pay the service fees (7,5 euros) to have this drink served in my room. Lol. In the end, after many calls and requests, they didnt charge me anything for the room service but I really had to persist.
Knowing the price of a night, this is a shame to not even be able to compensate a client properly when the service is not delivered properly.
