    The staff were amazing. Room was spacious with a stunning view. Really lovely sunrise in the morning. Was an easy 10 minute walk in to the centre, nice and quiet area.

    Horrible place with bed bugs infestation
    Have no choice but to write this negative review with the hope that someone will not have their vacation spoiled in this place. This is a dirty hostel with the price of high-level hotel. The obvious mismatch between the high price and low quality I can explain only by fake reviews. Waking up with numerous insect bites, we checked the bed for the signs of bed bug infestation and found characteristic black spots on the mattress. Checking the old reviews from this property, it was clear that this was an old problem that was never dealt with (always hatred comments from the owner when accused of bed bugs instead of apologizes and reassurance that they manage the issue). We decided to leave immediately, asked for the refund for the 2nd night. Obviously did not get it; we didn't insist much and just run away asap. Apart from bed bugs infestation - old furniture, mold in the shower, almost no light in the room, very very noisy beach with pollution from the port in the nearby. Rude personal. I was charged more from the amount mentioned in the booking.com due to the fees in the credit card payments and not in cash (not my problem). Horrible.

    Great hotel with all rooms facing the ocean, superb location!
    Outstanding experience at mama residence adults only! Every day we felt in heaven at his property, very respectful and caring staff, so clean, the grounds are really great kept by their hard working gardener, breakfast was very nice and good, walking right at the most quiet beach of phi phi island and private space for guests of the hotel!:) We will definitely will come again!

    The location was perfect. Great ambience and friendly staff. Would definitely go back again for a longer stay next time. Loved the beach, beach bar, and areas of relaxtion.
