The hotel staff went above and beyond to help a guest with a stolen phone, showing true kindness. Overall, the hotel provides good value for money and has a great location for exploring the city.

    Location not great its off the beaten track and public transport non existent To go anywhere meant calling a taxi and didnt like having to use cash all the time

    Hotel is very Central and close to the Nightlife..

    Good for the price!
    The room we had looks like it was in the newish block. We had no problems with the room against what we paid for. The room was very spacious, and the cleaning women were brilliant. I would come back there again if I was on a budget like I am currently! At the end of the day it's a place to put your head down, get cleaned up. It's not a resort hotel. Different hoildays Different expectations.
    The walk-in shower had a few loose tiles, and the door had a bit of a gap at the top between the door and door frame so we would get a few mosquitos in the room.
