    Overall nice facilities and friendly staff. Location is great with easy access to the Tidal Pond, Wharf, and Mall.
    A bit far for Metro and Mall if leave through main entrance on less traveled streets. Room service meals are expensive, typical but still annoying since bar kitchen closes early.

    Wonderful hotel! Would stay there again.
    The location was terrific! All of the staff were wonderful! The room was clean, comfortable & well appointed.
    The indoor swimming pool was cold which was very disappointing since the indoor pool was the main feature that led me to select this hotel over others.

    Good location, good service, and comfortable rooms.
    Cold airconds everywhere. The windows in the room was impossible to open to get the fresh air. No outside restaurants to eat. We used starbucks from our second breakfast to eat on a fresh air.

    Overall. It was nice and the employees were friendly and accommodating.
    It was nice and clean.
    I didnt like that the pool was very small and there was no outside pool maybe for adults only.
