Absolutely loved the standards of comfort found at this Mandarin Hotels property in Jakarta .
The room was a suite , wonderfully arranged with lots of space and very well decorated.
The breakfast was good and offered a variety of items for this time of the day.
The staff at this hotel incredibly well trained, kind and competent.
Must mention that the food and the service at the Chinese restaurant was really outstanding.
Variety of international food on offer and available at the casual restaurant could have been grater .

The staff is really accomodating. Especially during my breakfast, the Outlet Manager, Mr. Bayu. He explained how the food being prepared, what inspired about the food of choice and most importantly, the service is just excellent. Very satisfied.
There was a construction when I was there (mid December 2023). Ideally this information should be available to the guest prior to booking. But not a biggie, it doesn't affect the enjoyment of the stay.

SUPERB EXCELLENT
Everything good. Room with monument view was mesmerizing. the toilet very clean. the bed so comfortable. staff very friendly and how the staff welcoming us are very excellent. I really love Mandarin oriental, maybe I will coming back and stay at the MO Jakarta.

Outstanding customer service
The attention to detail and the amazing customer service at the MO from the moment of arrival to check out. We were allowed late check out without extra charge. .Breakfast and club food and service was beyond expectations. Very comfortable room and bed. The hotel is older style classy.but its the customer service that sets it apart. Thank you Salvina for your assistance with onward travel.

I like the little detail when every afternoon the staff tidying your room and prepare your bed for you to get ready to sleep. They put mineral water besides your bed and the slipper also besides your bed.

The room is spacious and facing directly to Bundaran HI - I have the best view to town.
I love my bed and pillow, it's very comfort.
Bathroom is spacious and hot water is running well.
Breakfast is very nice too
The lemongrass scented for bathroom amenities is not smell as expected - need to have stronger lemongrass scent.
