We had a wonderful time. The property was great! Very green and perfect to stroll around. They upgraded us to a three bedroom villa! This was great as my husband could comfortably use the dining room to work. The internet was good and he was able to comfortably use outlook, have calls on teams etc. The best part of the wifi was that the whole property (the reception, restaurant, rooms, common areas and grounds) has the same network and password! So once wifi is connected , it stays connected no matter where in the property you are. Free afternoon tea was amazing! They served it with traditional sweets and chips. It was different every day! Was too good.
However even better than the property were the staff. Pisey met us as soon as we reached the property. We were allowed early check in immediately and the process was seamless. She immediately created a WhatsApp group. Anything we wanted we only had to type in the WhatsApp group and in less than a minute someone would respond and take care of our request ( be it ordering food to room, arranging a tuktuk, giving printouts etc etc). So no more calls to reception, waiting for them to answer etc etc. it was so luxurious!
Pisey and rest of the staff (Bobby, savon, vor and many more whom I might have missed mentioning) made our stay very memorable with their thoughtful gestures. Pisey was so thoughtful to ask the timing for our departure flight and without us even asking she arranged for delayed checkout for us, as we were travelling with an infant. I can keep going on. Overall it just a very wonderful stay thanks to the most thoughtful staff!
