Happy Anniversary Stay
The room was beautiful and very spacious. We did not eat at the hotel but the dining space was beautiful as well. The bed was extremely comfortable. I also loved that the windows in the room still had the original chain mechanism. We stayed for our anniversary and we found a happy anniversary card on the dresser in the room.

The bar is a wonderful space with a fireplace, and the drinks and service are wonderful. The breakfast was delicious and a great value. The rooms are spacious and welcoming. It is so nice to have the "spa" robes provided.

Lovely and comfortable accommodations-I would stay here again!
Excellent location for our trip-within walking distance of Walnut street for morning coffee and pastries. Beautiful mansion with woodwork, stained glass windows and cozy fireplace in the lobby. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet.
Some settlement so bathroom door did not close completely.

Step back in time into a luxurious home of a lawyer for steel like being inside posh Downton Abbey.
The location was really great. I throughly enjoyed being in a home with a history. I was told my room was "the master's room," a prominent lawyer in the prime time of steel. I liked the way you kept the history through furniture, decor, paintings, curtains. The staff was exceptional, courteous and proud to be part of this very special carved out hospitality. One of the most beautiful boutique hotels that I have been to. The locals also speak well of the Mansions.
The machines in the gym could be newer. For someone who is from another country, perhaps help us order food. When asked about restaurants, the staff did not give the right instructions to get to Walnut Street. And for those without cars, perhaps give us some transport information. So, if checking in late in the evening, we do not have any food options if we are too tired to leave the hotel or too late getting in.

Loved our room on the third floor, plenty of space and thought the king bed was super comfortable. Nice big shower, great water pressure and water stayed hot! Staff was friendly, especially the bartender and the waitress for breakfast. I accidentally booked a room for the wrong date and I assumed I would have to just eat the cost because it was too late to cancel but the front desk asked about it and cancelled it free of chargeI was so grateful!! Thank you!
If they had a vending machine for soda or chips, that would be great. Got back from our concert late and didnt realize they didnt have a little hotel shop, but they did have bottled water and a coffee machine in the room.

The mansion is charming; we had a wonderful corner room with sitting area
Comfortable at night too
I wish there was better access to food right on the property.
One evening we needed some supper and ended up going out to a nice Italian meal but we could have settled for lighter fare at the mansion, also when we checked out at 11, would have liked to be able to buy a breakfast sandwich
I realize you are not set up for food but you might considering offering some nice quality breakfast or lunch sandwiches (advertised to patrons) and see if you have any takers.
