    Great stay for a family vacation.
    It's a great value for money stay. Quite and serene. Just 500m from Mapro garden. There are 2 caretakers at the location- Ram Sanas and his wife Chaya Sanas, they both were very Warm and welcoming. Accommodated all our requests and made us happy with yummy and delicious food. Thanks Sanas Kaka & Kaku for making our stay very comfortable
    This is for the owner. They should replace the old fungal-stained bedsheets and also ensure to replace bathtub and renovate a little on overall washrooms. The caretakers can't do much if the place is itself having old stuff. I would suggest the OWNER If they take care of this small advice, the place would be 10/10.

    It is good for staying with family of 6- 7 people. It is close to the mapro garden (1 km behind) . The best part is owne
    Care taker is good and supportive. Food prepared by them were also delicious.
    Parking option could have been better. There is some leakage to the walls that can be fixed. Specially during rainy season.

    Frequent light cut off... And generator had issues due to which no electricity frequently. And swimming pool is not as big as you see in images

    Overall property is good. Only the thing they have to improve is cleanness
    Location of the villa n the garden area was very good
    Room cleanness is not as per the expectation, they have provided wordrobe but that is not usable for us as they have already kept too much things in it. The hall was nice but they should shift extra bed mattress from hall as it is not looking good.
