    Fine for 1 to 3 days if you don't spend much time in the room.
    The location of the hotel is fantastic, view of the sea from the balcony, staff very polite and helpful. The rooms are large. The pool on the 5th floor was also very good with great views of the beach and ocean.
    The room furnishings are old and partly damaged and the room itself is in need of renovation. Showering is only possible while sitting in the bathtub because the hose is too short.

    location is the best as per the price per day and the room size is very big with big balcony with sea view is excellent. next to holiday inn which cost 7 times price. No food or telephone available only stay which is not a problem as it has restaurants touching the hotel.

    Location was excellent ,close to terminal 21 and on the beach ,views over pattaya beautifull ,Hotel rooms are between 7 and 10 floors ,swimming pool big and on the 5 th floor ,fridge in room was big
    Bit outdated ,closet can get a makeover .

    This is an old condominium, not the hotel. Excellent location. Bad pillows and wifi. Can get breakfast from the shop on the right hand side of the alley. Loud noises from late night guests and maids in the morning

    Great area everything accessible. The views were great , staff couldn't do enough and always smiling. All amenities on your doorstep, cant wait to return.

    Need renovation & fixing the internet.
    It was next to the beach, an easy to find location with lots of malls within walking distance.
    The hotel needs renovation, very old furniture and the internet net is the worst it keeps discounting every 5 min. I had to use my mobile net.
