Guests enjoyed their stay at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Dubai. The staff were kind and helpful, assisting with transportation and providing recommendations. The hotel is beautiful with a fun poolside (Read More)staff. The New Year's Eve party was enjoyable, although some felt there should have been more food. The spa area was a mini sanctuary and the bathrooms were always clean. The breakfast buffet had perfect timing. The room was comfortable and the hotel had great amenities. The staff provided excellent customer service and were attentive to guests' needs. The rooms were well-decorated and maintained, although there were some flies in the lobby. Overall, guests had a nice experience and would visit again.

Needs full renovation, a lot of flys in the lobby, valet parking are extremely slow also room service is too slow.

All experience was really good.

The pool. If you are planning to spend time in the pool. The pool is not heated. It is cold out there late December, the water in the pool is very cold. Could not enjoy it at all.

I had bugs in my room that bit my arm and legs. I did not expect this from a Marriott. I will write to the UAE tourist board.

Nice Hotel, lots of positives balanced by some challenges

Meeting rooms were open and spacious, bar was again good and food was ok! Rooms were always clean and tidy

Prices of everything not included, from coffee to breakfast to bar meals. Really not good!
