Guests enjoyed their stay at Marriott Hotel Al Jaddaf, Dubai. The staff were kind and helpful, assisting with transportation and providing recommendations. The hotel is beautiful with a fun poolside (Read More)staff. The New Year's Eve party was enjoyable, although some felt there should have been more food. The spa area was a mini sanctuary and the bathrooms were always clean. The breakfast buffet had perfect timing. The room was comfortable and the hotel had great amenities. The staff provided excellent customer service and were attentive to guests' needs. The rooms were well-decorated and maintained, although there were some flies in the lobby. Overall, guests had a nice experience and would visit again.

I stayed in Hotel for 5 days. What made me impressed about the hotel is high sense of values among the staff. Entire team of staff were very positive and hard working. They were always eager for assisting the guest. Very ideally located hotel. Very prompt room service

The pool

Needs full renovation, a lot of flys in the lobby, valet parking are extremely slow also room service is too slow.

Nice stay

All experience was really good.

The pool. If you are planning to spend time in the pool. The pool is not heated. It is cold out there late December, the water in the pool is very cold. Could not enjoy it at all.
