huge territory. Everything is very far away. You cant order food but you cant order a room. the rooms are very old.

Exceeded all expectations

From the moment you arrive the property is beautiful. The front desk staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered, the coffee shop staff and cleaning staff I interacted with were all the most kind people. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. I only stayed one night but I will be back to stay a whole week there was so much to see and do just on the property.

The bed was too soft for my back condition and a magnifyimg mrror is always a must.

Well be back, without question!

Room was lovely. Appliances were new, beds were luxurious! Service was (we needed more towels) fast!

Zoned A/C would have made sense. It was hard to keep the temperature at a point that was good for everyone. Direction on how to use the coffee pot!

Location

Upon arrival theyve put us in a building that was going through refurbishment. Outside balcony was full with spilled paint. Nothing was mentioned during our booking process or checkin. The view was blocked by outside scaffolding After relocating us to another villa we had an even bigger disaster The bathroom and partially the bedroom was flooded while we were asleep. This during 2 different nights!!! Supposedly fixed by maintenance after the first night , but it happened again the second night.( between 2-3AM) So a regurgitating toilet ruined our complete trip !! So we had to move in the middle of the night Definitely not recommending this location!!!
