    Perfect stopover place in Stonetown, nice atmosphere .
    The pool on the roof is a big drawcard and views . Entertainment area is nice . Nice and interesting design within hotel .
    We struggled with doors and the key cards.

    Too much noise from the staff/ cleaners in the morning. Its hard to sleep well Cleaners make lots of noises on the corridors during morning hours as If they are in the market. Doesnt look well and not pleasant to the guests.

    Rooms were adequate, food was adequate, location and service was great. Friendly, helpful staff. They sang HB to our 13
    The location was the best in Stone Town. Great roof top view from the restaurant and pool. Family room was adequate size for 2 adults and 2 big kids.
    Gym equipment was old but I stay there for that.

    The breakfast was really good. The happy hour at sunset was fantastic. The music entertainment was slow and boring and the reason we left to somewhere else

    Disappointing stay - loud and questionable cleanliness
    Staff was very friendly
    - The old spring mattres was super uncomfortable and the pillow like a rock - The hotel is right by the busy road so its super loud at night - Toilet was not flushing well and was smelly - There were dark long hairs in the towels provided in the room and sink (Im blonde). - The gym: trip hazards and the AC was barely working. The mats stink like they havent been washed for years. The coach was staring the whole time that I was working out.

    Enjoyable and would highly recommed to our friends too
    Good spread; something in it for everyone; as an Indian vegetarian family, we were delighted to find poori and potato. Good spread of fresh fruits, salads, breads.
    I have nothing to complain about!

    LOCATION IS PERFECT TO VISIT STONE TOWN. SERVICES AND ACCOMODATIONS WERE TO THE EXPECTATIONS. I WOULD RETURN.
    I was quite surprised that for a country like Tanzania known as coffee producer, at breakfast i had instant coffee... this is a shame. You should promote your coffee and make it accessible to your guests.

    Loved everything from the ambience to the cleanliness and the food
    That they did not have bottled water - although the water was safe to drink it was not bottled which I was skeptical to drink as a foreigner.
