The noise from the airoplanes. The staff in the restaurant was very friendly, but some of the staff had difficulties understanding English.

Nothing!!!
Over crowded, unpleasant. Makes you even pay the use of the swimming pool. Way more expensive compared to other places in Lisbon. Plastic feeling mattress with sheets that dont cover it properly. Very far from the city center. Not a nice neighborhood, hearing planes like they are in the room.

- Pool needs to be paid extra and if a family (you can only use during family times) it is quite pricey.

Hotel with a spa attached is always a bonus in my books.
I loved the warm hospitality, helpfulness and kindness of the staff. I love the choice of welcoming fruit and herb infused drinks at the reception. I like the amenities in the room - e.g. full range of toiletries, bathrobes & room slippers (albeit small), coffee maker, minibar, 24hr room service option, etc. Lovely neighbourhood, it's very pretty, beautiful trees and buildings, the park is very calming.
No back entrance/access, I had to carry my luggage all the way around the building to get to my car. Shame the hotel is situated on the flight path, the soundproofing isn't strong enough to drown out the planes flying by every few minutes. The music outside the hotel entrance and in the lobby was loud and unnecessary. A little inconvenient I couldn't charge my spa bill to my room, so I had to go back up to my room to get my wallet and hold on to it throughout my spa treatment.

The ambiance is amazing, spacious room and bathroom, very big TV and very clean and the interior of the hotel was very nice. All the staffs are very helpful and approachable. Went to spa and the lady on duty was so friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay, it was value for money. It exceeded my expectations by far. I loved it
I loved the staff, they were kind and helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the room was way more beautiful and elegant than I expected. The room was bigger than I thought and the shower was magnificent. I also loved the spa facilities.
What could be better are the pillows. Provide more than 2 and ensure they are the nice fluffy hotel ones, mine were a bit too flat for my liking. The bed was slightly harder than I like it. But it was still ok. It was still good enough to sleep on

Definitely worth the money
As soon as we arrived a concierge came to help us with our luggage (we didnt see this with other people the next morning).
The reception staff were welcoming and they spoke English well, so it was easy to communicate (they could all speak multiple languages).
The room was clean and tidy, spacious too. There were no hidden costs. All the minibar prices were displayed clearly as well as the room service menus.
In the morning, breakfast was adorable at 15 each and the buffet style was fresh with a good variety of food.
Our room faced a building which wasnt the best view. The walls were also slightly thin and we could here the snoring next door.

This hotel is super nice! We enjoyed there!
The hotel was super, I highly recommend it. It is close to the airport but we have never heard any aircraft's sound there, good sound isolation! Breakfast is great value of money , the variety of food and tastes is nice, we enjoyed it. Our room was very clean, staff at hotel were friendly and all English speakers. I would book it again if I would visit Lisbon. This is worth it!

Impossible to take a shower as the water was completely cold during all the stay. The need to pay to use the swimming pool does not make a lot of sense to me
