It is located a bit far from the city center, but the metro and tram ma (Read More)ke it easy to get around. The breakfast buffet is good and the Level rooms offer great views and additional perks. The hotel has friendly and accommodating staff, although there are some minor issues with the bar and lighting. Overall, a fantastic stay with excellent service.

We loved the big room and big bathroom with bath and shower. Rituals products in the bathroom were a nice touch. Nice and clean, we were happy with our stay.
Lobby bar was a bit under pressure when we wanted to have a drink so we gave up. Breakfast price was a bit too much 17 per person so we opted out

Breakfast food could be improved, as well as their privacy controls. Noting down ones credit card information on a piece of paper is hardly a good practice.

Not as nice as fotos suggest, but okay.
Very clean and modern. Spacious rooms.
The fotos would suggest the Spa is part of the hotel. It isn't and you have to reserve and pay extra for it. In our case there were no spaces left. Also the pool was closed, despite sun and 20 degrees. There is no rooftop terrace for people not staying in expensive suites. All in all the fotos upsell the place a little.
