Lovely place I wud go again
Location was beautiful being a few miles from the coast. Surrounding views of mountain and the sea were awesome.
The premises were very extensive and relaxing.
Being located next to a golf course and padel courts was a real bonus.
We took 'The Level' rooms and it was definitely worthwhile - the added benefits of a separate lounge and dining area was great.
The reception staff let it down a little, reception made a billing error which I had corrected the day before we left - no apology from them. The next day on leaving the extra charge was back on the bill, they corrected it no problem, once again no apology for the error and delays for me waiting for it to be rechecked and removed.
2ndly and this is a little comical actually, the chef cooking breakfast omelettes etc was so grumpy - he even tutted at me for asking for fried tomatoes! Lost opportunity there as if he were bubbly and extravagant it would start your day with a smile.

The food ! There was a very small buffet with limited choice , a lot of dishes were empty and not filled up , the food was always cold

Asked for double got a twin with one mattress so badly damaged you rolled out of bed. Door lock didnt work and room smelt of sewage. Faced out onto trees trying to block the rubbish and dustbins , really sad room was awful as the rest of the hotel was lovely

The location was very nice and once you get there it looks like a small old town just for you. Very beautiful everything. The food was very good. Free parking spots and very quiet. One of the best hotels Ive ever been

Lovely family hotel with a luxe feel
We loved so much about this hotel. It had lovely swimming pools, decor around the site was stunning.
We loved the couple of restaurants that were there, especially the Italian one.
We loved the Rituals products in the bathroom.
We enjoyed having two bathrooms in our room.
The queue for breakfast was crazy unless you got there when it opened.
We wished there were better lunch options on site.
