    In general terms, good, but overpriced.
    Nice common areas: rooftop, living room and dining room.
    Overrated and Overpriced. Not so welcoming. Elevators not working. Too expensive for what you got.

    A most wonderful holiday
    Everyone was so warm & welcoming. Extremely helpful. Genuine & efficient. I was treated to wine & birthday cake for my 60th birthday. All the staff made my birthday very special.

    Location, character and great service
    Lovely welcome, good breakfast, great genuine smiley service. Complimentary Portuguese custard tarts and walk off the locality. Comfy bed, great views especially from the the bar, and the best location for exploring Central Lisbon.

    Terrific location and very friendly attentive staff. Check the square meters of your room choice carefully.
    Location and staff were excellent.
    The room was smaller than expected for the cost. A Terrace category room does not have a view from inside. You can step outside directly to the roof top bar area from room 12. It I would not call that a view room.

    It is a very nice property with friendly staff.
    The pool was a welcomed feature after an afternoon under the sun.
    The hotel is located down a long narrow alley. Sometimes your taxi could not get down it due to parked vehicles. It's a long roll on the cobblestones with your luggage.

    We only stayed over night, but property is modern update of historic building. Perfect location
    Nice small hotel in central hidden away Almafa location.
    Not easy to find but worth the search.

    Location, view, service, food quality, unlimited self serve drinking water and coffee, free special events, everything worked as intended in the room, and the cool interior design of the property.
    Obscure entrance/gate, long 100m walk through alley from the street, tiny wash basin, uphill walk back everyday.
