    Overall not a pleasant experience.
    I stayed in unit 420. Comfortable clean room. View over gardens also pleasant.
    The room has an interleading door to the property next door. This was not communicated. The room is not sound proof. The people from the flat next door were up and noisy till 05:00 the next morning. The interleading door caused that you can hear everything from next door. There was 'n mirror stuck to the interleading door with double sided tape, this mirror fell of in the early hours of the morning and broke. This unit is not suitable for rental if next door neighbors have an interleading door making noise levels unacceptable. Will not stay at Trilogy Hotel again. Staff at reception cannot assist with queries and complaints because the unit belongs to a private person renting it on Bookings.com. Overall not a pleasant experience.

    Ideal location, apartment was clean and well decorated, apartment was well equipped, check in and check out was easy
    No fault to the owner but the apartment was not very private as you could hear the neighbors through the interleading door

    The property location is really great. Right next to Menlyn Maine shopping center with restaurants and coffee shops.
    The apartment is linked with the one next door with only a closed door in between which is not sound proof at all. I could hear every word and movement next door and was woken up at 5am by someone scraping their cereal bowl. I could also smell the cigarette smoke coming from next door.

    Very clean , safe , location is great!
    There is another door in the apartment linking to the apartment next door. Was not warned about this.. Could hear every sound clearly from next door. Very noisy till late. In future, Please mention this to prospective clients!!
