    Excellent location to Bordeaux international airport, clean well appointed rooms
    Clean rooms which were newly renovated. Comfortable beds with good quality linen. Accessible location that you can get to on the tram line - this takes a little longer but on the public transport day passes you dont have to pay anymore which is great! Good continental breakfast and free airport shuttle that comes every 30min to the Bordeaux international airport. Can pay for accommodation directly at the property.
    A minor comment but there was no fresh milk or creamer for tea or coffee (there is a Nespresso maker).

    Standard hotel, nothing special but convenient for the airport
    Picked up from outside the airport arrivals Hall by the shuttle bus. Nicely decorated rooms.
    The bar staff turned off the TV and started vacuuming even though we weren't finished our drinks. Our WC was separate to the bathroom in a tiny closet which felt claustrophobic and definitely wouldn't fit someone larger.

    A wet cold night..
    Close to airport..we were travelling south so decided to have an early night..room looked great on website but was a bit tired and jaded in reality..furniture and woodwork chipped and stained. The front of house staff were pleasant and check in was smooth. We had room service..tasty food and excellent temperature. Was there on a Sunday..got the impression it was skeleton staff but they managed great.
    On entering our room there was a slight damp moldish smell...Went to bed 9pm woke at 12 for a bathroom visit and stepped onto a soaking carpet ..not slightly damp ..the room was flooded..checked for burst pipe or something from bathroom ...Nope...It was a total mystery. Our luggage was wet shoes etc..phoned reception and they found us a room nearby..we had to repack and move..( no choice)..but no help as no staff!! Room was cold and we couldn't heat it up..difficult to return to sleep.. Following morning no acknowledgement of the situation actually they knew nothing about it..lack of communication with staff....and no recompense nor acknowledgement of what had just occurred the previous evening...which was no fault of ours..

    Excellent.
    The breakfast, though expensive, was very good, a good start to the day. We checked in at 2AM, because our flight arrived after 1 AM. One can take the tram and make a short walk to the hotel, which is what we did, but the hotel is not visible from the tram stop, we were lucky to find someone up at that hour who could advise us, Google Maps was not useable. The room had a very pleasant Japanese decor.
    There was nothing we did not like. You often get what you pay for.

    The rooms were excellent, felt new. The reception staff were lovely, very helpful. Breakfast was very good too.
