Had a lovely time. The pools great and deep!!
My partner enjoyed the gym and theres a free bus right outside to take you around the city!! 10 minute walk to the city anyway. Room was comfy and clean and the staff all responded quickly when we needed assistance. Great place to stay. Was cheap too
Wasn't much in the room to work with. No cutlery. Microwave etc. just a jug and a fridge. We made do :)

I would have liked more Tea Bags, Sugar, and a container for water so you arent forced to buy water. The bathroom could use a little more attention with the mould, the calcium build up on glass, and the vent in the room I stayed in had gaff tape holding it in

Parking was confusing.
Cards for rooms and exit parking were not working too well.

Had blood on the sheets the first night I checked in. The rooms were very humid. The night clerk was very dismissive and unpersonable.

Location is little bit out of the CBD but the free city bus stops right outside,
Great pool area
Air con didnt work in the room, it was just blowing hot air all day and night, when reported the problem, girl on reception said it cause it hot outside even though no one else we spoke to had problems, most uncomfortable night sleep we had in a while

Room was comfortable and clean. Bathroom was a little small but had every we needed. Location was within easy walking distance to city centre and Central Station.
The on-site parking was horrendous. Giant support poles throughout the middle of the parking space made it very difficult to negotiate in our 4WD vehicle. Car park is really only designed for small cars.
