    Guests enjoyed clean and well-appointed rooms with lovely amenities and balconies overlooking the town. The hotel is conveniently located, close to the town center and mall, with plenty of parking op (Read More)tions. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Some minor issues were noise from renovations and a noisy fridge in one room. Overall, guests praised the friendly staff and comfortable stay, recommending the hotel for its cleanliness, working amenities, and convenient location.

    Great location! Staff were accommodating, room was comfortable mostly clean (dusty in some places), comfortable bed, good wifi connection. Enjoyed the pool area. Able to go to the ships to get food easily due to the location and close to walking tracks. Would stay again, its just a very overpriced, so we would try to find something with more value for money first next time

    Not an ideal place to stay. Would look elsewhere
    Location and secure parking
    Lady cleaning wasnt going to replenish towels since she thought we were abusing towel use but didnt realise they ran out of pool towels and compensated with normal ones. Not very professional. Rooms are small, amenities arent great, waiting for lift for several minutes, cannot walk up/downstairs due to doors locked, receptionist advised wrong room details when checking in. Not ideal

    Comfortable overnight stay
    The location is excellent and is easy to access the main town area and Town Beach. The staff were friendly and assisted me with my needs.
    The cost was extremely high even if it was booked 1 to 2 weeks before the date of arrival. The one lift in the building could lead to 5 to 10 minute wait times to transit through the building.

    Location was ok
    The room we booked was dark and dank. The bathroom was extremely unclean with mould rust dirt and scum. The carpet hadnt been vacuumed properly with bits of food and debris on it. The bed was hard as concrete and creaked with every turn. The fridge ran loud all night. I had no sleep and my hubby the same. Worst accommodation we have ever booked. So bad we cancelled our second night and left. I have requested a refund to which I still have had no reply.
