    The cleaning was really poor Specially for the bathroom. Wet towels were left over the bed and that was uncomfortable when you arrived after a long day and found your pillows and bed were wet

    It was our second stay in this hotel and the impression was very good again. Unbeatable location if you use public transport (3 U-Bahn lines and several bus lines just in front of the hotel). Decent breakfasts with very nice, attentive staff. All in all, great quality / price ratio. We would definitely choose again if staying in Berlin.
    Twin room was quite small for 2 persons.

    The room art work distracted from a nice hotel, I would not stay here again.
    The breakfast was FANTASTIC! The location was perfect, near my conference for work. The area is pretty sleepy at night and not super interesting. The room was clean, WI-Fi worked well, and the staff was very nice.
    The art in the room(s) was very weird and unsettling. A strange girl/woman was pictured in large format above the bed and also on the glass in the shower? This was super weird and I wish I had looked at the room photos before staying, it was NOT great. I would have moved hotels except I pre-paid. I cannot recommend this because it was not a great environment. The bed was nice, the breakfast amazing, but if you don't want to stay in a room with a Child-bride I would avoid this hotel.

    The location was perfect! The staff was friendly :)
    Just a proposal; it is a great idea to refill the water bottles free. However, since I dont know how the bottle I have in the room was cleaned and it is an opened one; I didnt want to use that bottle. That would be glad to have an unused/unopened water bottle and will be the first one who opened it than we can ask to refill that bottle during the stay.
