1. Improvement tip : Welcome drink was a good offer, could even be better if it was also include other drinks, like fruits, watermelon juice, coffee / tea (not limited to only soft drink (coke/sprite), beer or orange juice), this helps the mood chilling by the excellent pool side view. I saw many customers sitting around waiting for their rooms especially at around 12pm when the day was so hot, too good an opportunity if this could help ease the waiting transition of 1 - 3hrs.
2. No place to wash off sand from water shoes after making a trip to the beach before entering into the hotel. You wouldn't like me to drag all my sand in the shoes into my hotel room. It will be such a nightmare for the room cleaners I can imagine. A small sandal washing pit right outside will probably help reduce the time for staff to clean the hotel of sand. If you are thinking of asking me to use the washing/showering point beside the pool, well, ...the handle's broken (go see).
3. Bathroom doors could use a latch - the result was premature broken silicon in between the glass and glass door. As a result, door could not be fully closed, or have a visible gap in between. Not everyone sharing the room are lovers. Helping your customers to preserve a bit of their dignity would help. If you disagree, I booked the family room. Family room means you have the family (eg. child) sharing your room. I used the dustbin to keep the door closed. Only after a year, things will quickly be difficult to maintain. One good note : I love the shower pressure.
