The location was great, checking in was smooth. The size of the bed was amazing and was extremely comfortable with crisp clean good quality sheets and pillows.
First impression of cleanliness of room was great however on closer inspection, the room inc the bathroom could've been cleaner and the radiator made a horrible loud noise at 5am.

Fab stay everytime
We always stay here when visiting my home town. Been here with both children solo parenting my 7 year old and newborn (cot was provided) and solo with our puppy. All occasions the staff have been amazing. Fab location to everything, car park, and amazing value for money. Rooms are comfortable size, and the bathrooms are very modern. The staff even helped me carry my bags whilst I had my two children, and stored our pushchair downstairs for convenience

good location and parking for central Salisbury
Double bed was very small and one side was right up against the wall so no bedside lamp or table and partner had to climb over one another to get out of bed in the middle of the night!

Suited us to be close to family living in Salisbury but hotel in need of refurbishment and attention required for the br
Perfectly located
Very down at heel. Dreary lighting/furnishings in rooms. Replenishment of tea, soaps/shampoo not done on arrival. Breakfast poor value for money. And after paying in advance at check-in we were pursued for payment after check out and the receptionist refused to accept we had paid until a great deal of discussion!
