    My stay was really good
    Everything was excelent. Staff was realy nice, spoke english. Spa was good, clean. Everywhere you can get free water for drinking. Breakfast was tasty.
    There wasnt colder pool after sauna. Only cold shower.

    IT's OK for stay when you are busy with work and need a good transport communication.
    Breakfast is really tasty, coffee is good also. Location is perfect. Staff is friendly.
    Quite old carpets in the hall, with spots and almost holes. Towels are miserable too.

    Good Value Hotel in City Centre
    The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was spacious with a small sofa, table and large TV. They served breakfast in the room at no extra charge and there was a wide selection to choose from. The hotel is right in the centre next to Zloty Terrace shopping centre, the Palace of Culture and the central railway station. There is a nice wine bar which serves a good selection of international wines and good food. There is a room service menu which is good but fairly limited.
    They were renovating the room/s next door and there was banging until 5pm. When I tried to call reception to complain no one picked up the phone.

    Excellent location, right next to shopping mall and central station. Exact center of Warsaw. Clean and fresh, rooms have bath and are spacious. Very good value for money.

    Great Hotel in a Central Location
    Overall a very nice hotel in a good location
    My only issue was that the room was slightly smelling, otherwise I cant fault anything else from the bar, breakfast, staff and lobby area.

    Great hotel with amazing staff, located in the centre of Warsaw
    It was my second time in Warsaw and I decided to stay here as my friend recommended me for the location. It was a very convenient location and, a very clean, spacious room and I had a great stay. I was here on my birthday and managers came to my room in the morning and surprised me with sweets and a birthday card written in Japanese (they probably found out from the record on Accor Hotel Group database)! Also, when I was back from outside, they left me with fruits and a cake. Amazing hospitality!! Also staff here are all very polite, professional and helpful!
    The only tiny issue was that the shower pressure was weak.
