    A nice gateway, if you can explore things around from Lonavala's hustle bustle, it is great place.
    Well Maintained Property and spacious place to be in.
    Breakfast options for a well maintained property. More Nonveg options please in addition to eggs.

    Needs lot of maintenance of the rooms!
    Pool was nice and clean. Service was good and food quality, taste was really good!
    Room had issues like bed mattress springs were kind of broken which makes the bed uneven, squeaky to sleep. Bathroom door lock was broken. No socket was available for hair dryer in bathroom. Things like these there were lot of issues.

    Everything else was very good the staff was very courteous and the pool was amazing and very clean

    There was a bedbug in the extra bed that was put in the room

    Nothing
    Rooms were stinking of smoke even when it was non smoking there was no one in the property. We asked to upgrade they said it cant be done. Then they gave us the option of meritas aura in which we finally stayed.
