The property is good.

The management is very poor Food is worst Room service is horrible. Very pathetic attitude of the housekeeping and front desk people. Nothing is provided in room, no toiletries,mo towels. Zero respect or consideration for guests. Pls don't travel with elders they won't even provide tea till morning 8am. They will ask u to wash ur own cups and reuse it.no replacement of teabags and coffee. Have to do multiple request. They get upset if we book thru booking.com and just want to cancel the booking somehow... very traumatizing experience. Looks like all the reviews are paid.
